Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, box, warranty cards, and accessories intact
Any claim reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Change of mind or personal preference

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

Used, worn, or altered watches

Products without original packaging or missing accessories

Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer
Return Process
To initiate a return request:

Share clear images or a video showing the issue

Our team will review the claim and guide you through the next steps if approved
Return requests without proper proof will not be approved.
Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by Nasasi Lifestyle

If the issue is not related to a product defect or mistake from our side, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected

Refunds are processed through bank transfer only

Cash refunds are not available

Shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund processing time is 5 to 7 working days after return approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders are not eligible for refunds in cash

Refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer only

Advance delivery charges paid for COD orders are non-refundable
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
Refusal or Failed Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to receive the order, no refund will be issued for delivery charges, and reshipping will require advance payment.
