Shipping & Delivery

• Nasasi Lifestyle delivers all over Pakistan via TCS, PostEx, Trax, and Leopards

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

• Same-day delivery is available in Quetta, while other cities typically receive orders within 2 to 4 working days

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on city and must be paid in advance for COD orders

 

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video

• No refunds are offered, replacements or store credit may be issued at management discretion

• Misuse, wear and tear, or change of mind are not eligible for return or exchange

 

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched

• Nasasi Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or verification failure

 

Refused or Failed Deliveries

• Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability will require advance payment for re-shipping

• Repeated refusal may result in order blocking
